Solve SAM 4 Easy Steps!
Step 1
Log into your SAM account, take a screen shot of the "Complete/Incomplete Registration" screen. Please see example of screen here. Having trouble finding this screen? You can access this as follows: SAM - Entity - Entity Registration - New or Existing Entity - Entity List, then scroll down on this page to Registration Details for Complete Record Details and Registration Details for Complete Registration Incomplete Registration Details. Step 2
Complete the simple form below, attach your SAM screenshot to the form and tick the box to confirm you have reviewed and agree to our Terms and Conditions before clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
Step 3
Once you click the Submit button, your form will be sent to our NCAGE Manager for a quick review, then a payment link will be emailed to you. When you click the link you’ll be routed to a secure payment page where you can make the payment through GOV.UK. Simply select the card type you are using and enter your details to make the payment.
Step 4
Once the payment has been completed you will receive a GOV.UK receipt by email. We will carry out the necessary corrective action and endeavour to have this uploaded and visible on the SAM System within 20 working days.
